SMS Alerts

Threshold-based weather alarms delivered to the people who act — by SMS, e-mail or push in your app. For your crews, your assets and your clients.

What it does

The warning arrives before the damage

You define what matters and where; we watch the sky and fire the message the moment thresholds are crossed — with lead time to act.

Any phenomenon

Storms, hail, frost, black ice, wind gusts, heavy rain, heat — thresholds set per location and per audience.

Per-location targeting

Alerts follow assets, sites, routes or insured client addresses — not whole regions.

Lead time that matters

Hours ahead where physics allows, nowcasting minutes where it counts.

White-label

Alerts carry your brand — a loyalty and PR tool, not just a warning.

Workflow-ready

Acknowledgements, escalation and webhooks into your dispatch or CRM.

Audit trail

Every alert logged: who was warned, when, where and on what basis.

How it works

From threshold to phone in three steps

STEP 01

We set it up together

Together we agree the phenomena, thresholds and audiences — and exchange what’s needed: your locations, assets or client contacts, handed over securely.

STEP 02

We watch the sky

Our models and our extended station network evaluate your thresholds continuously, around the clock.

STEP 03

The right people act

SMS, e-mail or push lands with clear instructions — and the event is logged for review.

Two ways to run it

Managed alerts, or an API for your app

Managed alerts

For operations & client programmes

We run the whole pipeline — you define the rules and audiences, we deliver.

  • Delivery reports and logs

Alerts API

For your own apps & systems

Trigger events as JSON or webhooks — render them in your app, your way.

  • Webhooks and polling endpoints
  • Per-user location targeting
  • Sandbox from day one

Questions we get

Before your operations team asks

How much lead time will we get?

It depends on the phenomenon: frost and heat can be flagged many hours ahead; convective storms rely on nowcasting with tens of minutes. We always show the achievable lead time per threshold before you commit.

Can alerts go to our clients, not just our staff?

Yes — client-facing, white-label alerts are one of the most common deployments, especially for insurers. Consent and opt-outs are handled in the setup.

What about false alarms?

Thresholds are tuned with you during a pilot, and probabilistic triggers let you choose the trade-off between missed events and noise.

How fast can we launch?

Managed alerts typically run within days. API integration depends on your side; sandbox access is immediate.
